Creativity, Media and Sport

My name is Hailey Talbot. I am earning my Bachelors in Arts in Journalism and Media Production with a focus on media innovation at Washington State University. I love creating and capturing sports. My dream is to work in sports social media to tell the narrative of the athletes as people and bring humanity to clubs and organizations.

I am currently working for The Coug and The Land in Pullman, WA. I am the ad sales manager, assistant social media manager and content creator. I also work at Pullman Parks and Recreation in youth and adult sports.

I served at the 2024-2025 VP of Marketing and Alumni Affairs for Cable 8 Productions, the social media manager on the ZZUCRU Executive Board, a creative intern for WSU Athletics and a Murrow Ambassador for the Edward R. Murrow College of Communications.
