For the Project

My Washington State University COMJOUR 333 class, Reporting Across Platforms, assigned us to create radio report. After a slew of recent health battles and an upcoming endoscopy appointment, I was inspired to write and record a feature story on the importance of regular colonoscopy screenings. An important aspect of the assignment was to include two interviews regarding our chosen subject. I interviewed Kelli Crofts, a nurse in the Gastroenterology department of Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, Washington, and Sumant Arora, my gastroenterologist.
