For the Project

The Edward R. Murrow College of Communications at Washington State University has a Rural Reporting Plunge program that I participated in. We were sent into local communities around the Eastern Washington and Western Idaho to create a journalistic report on the community; my group was assigned Deary, Idaho, which was holding its annual Autumn Festival. Maya Torres was the photographer, Morgen White worked read the report and edited the audio, and I wrote the story and pieced together the assets.
